Our Agency
SBMG Outsourcing, Inc. was created to fill the need for a
professional, business-oriented information provider in Southwest
Virginia. Our objective is to provide the information you require in
a professional, discreet, and timely manner. We strive to demonstrate
both quality and value in our services, and provide you with an
incontestable work product.
Our firm does investigate some matters of domestic impropriety.
However, our portfolio of services is centered around the needs of
the commercial marketplace and the insurance industry. We also
provide specialized assistance to legal community.
Our Personnel
A case's success is largely dependent on the proficiency of the
investigator. Our agency employs only experienced, persistent
investigators who consider their profession a vocation and their
skills a form of art. We look for not only honesty and integrity, but
strong initiative and creativity when making a hiring decision. The
result is a savvy and resourceful team of professionals prepared to
utilize every legal means necessary to close your file.
Training is a part of the profession, but an employee's
continuing education does not stop at the state-mandated level. Prior
to being released to work independently, our personnel receive a
minimum of one year supervised field training conducted by former
military and government investigators. When available, industry
association sponsored training is pursued to learn new techniques and
refresh best practices. Company personnel are well versed in laws and
regulations governing the industry and, through a variety of
channels, keep abreast of legislative changes as they occur.
Integrity and Ethics
Professionalism and quality form the foundation of our agency and
we have worked tirelessly to build our reputation. If the information
you desire does not exist or cannot be obtained using legal methods,
you will be notified promptly and forthrightly. Further, if you feel
we have managed your case in an unprofessional manner, we will gladly
refund your compensation for the assignment in return for your
constructive criticism. Our desire is to create lasting professional
relationships with our clients and build upon our reputation in the
marketplace.
Aside from the an occasional minor traffic violation to maintain
contact with a subject, our investigators will not willfully engage
in any illegal activity in an attempt to benefit your objective.
While the odds are in our favor that there would be no unfavorable
result, such risky behavior has the potential to both compromise your
position in court and destroy our hard-earned reputation. Should you
desire an "edgier" agency willing to bend the rules in your
favor, please contact another firm - While we value your business, we
also value ours.

you and at no point will discuss your case with another party without
your written consent. Unless you specifically request us to do
otherwise, it is our policy to use blocked caller id and not to leave
telephone messages when contacting clients via telephone. Further, we
take care to ensure any documentation, literature and electronic
